The ingredients used in preparing this meal are local and organic to the greatest extent possible.
This meal provides a high level of fiber and no cholesterol because it is plant-based. 
Olives and extra-virgin olive oil provide healthy mono-unsaturated fat. 
There are thousands of phytonutrients, including antioxidants like isoflavones, lycopene, carotenoids, and vitamins C and E.
All items are vegan with the exception of the chocolate truffle.
