Lisa's Ginger Martini

 I don't quite recall how I came up with this one (maybe because I had too many upon creating it 😂), but it's my favorite cocktail for sure! Not only does it taste divine, but the shaken pineapple juice creates a soft white foam above the rich golden base which adds to its beautiful appearance. And what's more, it serves up well any time of year.

2 parts vodka
1 part Domain De Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 part (organic) pineapple juice

Mix ingredients over ice in a shaker.
Shake! Shake! Shake! 
Strain over a martini glass.
Top with a mint leaf or single cranberry or whatever tickles your fancy.


Here's to Mom! Mother Earth! Mother Nature!
Gaîa! Pacha Mama!
